A name or place entered in a search box is sent to the outside provider that operates that tool. The provider processes the request and supplies its results. We do not keep or log those search terms on our own system.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email or other direct message may be retained so we can respond. It remains within our organization unless disclosure is required by a valid legal duty.
Data We Gather Automatically
When a page loads, the server may receive routine technical and usage details:

We do not build, keep, or sell a database of personal criminal records. The content identifies official routes to Livingston County offices, the Circuit Court Clerk, Kentucky State Police, and the Kentucky State Police Sex Offender Registry. Visitor data is not assembled into a third-party criminal record or a consumer report, and this site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Outside companies operate the search boxes. A partner's privacy policy, retention rules, and sharing practices govern information submitted to its tool. Review those terms before running a query because we do not control the partner's processing.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to the Livingston County government, Kentucky courts, state agencies, legal resources, or outside search tools. Once a visitor follows a link, the destination's own policy governs. Read it before supplying personal details.
Advertising providers may use their systems to measure activity across sites and select ads. We do not operate that tracking.

The Kentucky Open Records Act, KRS 61.870 through 61.884, governs requests to Kentucky public agencies, not this private site. 502 KAR 30:060 limits dissemination of certain Kentucky criminal-history data, especially nonconviction information. Subject to applicable law, a visitor may:

- Request correction of inaccurate visitor data
- Seek deletion where retention is not required
- Opt out of processing when that choice is available
